The Speaker returned the following to the Finance Committee:                                        
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 175                                                                              
    "An Act making an appropriation to the Alaska Industrial                                        
    Development and Export Authority for power projects; and                                        
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
HB 175 was removed from the Rules Committee and returned to the                                     
Finance Committee.
